• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days days of receipt of the returned item.

To initiate a refund or return, please contact us through our contact page or @avictoriousclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I will be happy to guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. If you believe your item was not as described or was not received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
