• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
